About me
My name is Adeyinka Molajo. I am a consultant plastic surgeon. I practice in Lancashire and Yorkshire. My areas of interest include cosmetic surgery of the breast and body. You will find information on procedures I perform and also before and after photographs to illustrate possible results.
My work in action
My passion is cosmetic surgery of the breast. I have spent my career working to create natural but noticeable results for my patients. I have studied many experts to develop my own approaches to each operation to give the best possible results.
My private practice focuses on this area. I perform primary breast surgery including breast augmentation, reduction and uplift with implants (also known as mastopexy augmentation). I also offer complex breast surgery including tubular breast correction, asymmetry correction and revision surgeries. I offer fat transfer for breast augmentation - a technique which I developed from my reconstructive practice.
My NHS practice focuses on providing breast reconstruction for breast cancer patients, employing both autologous (own tissue) and implant techniques depending on what the patient requests.

After having found mr molajo last year I finally took the plunge last month and had my surgery! (Old implants removed, capsulectomy, new implants and a lift!) I have to say the care throughout and the final result is more than I could have ever wished for! He is not only a highly skilled and talented surgeon but one of the loveliest men you can meet, instantly making you feel at ease. I’m 6 weeks post op now and the whole experience has been fantastic - minimal pain, zero bruising and an amazing end result!

Mr Malajo was very approachable and explained the procedure in a straightforward way. No pressure was applied on me to proceed with the surgery. The surgery itself was a complete success (only minimal discomfort afterwards) and my recovery was complete in 5 weeks. My only regret is waiting until I was 71 before having the surgery.

My experience was amazing, I felt comfortable and reassured the whole way through. I was unsure on the size I wanted and with the help from Dr Molajo I was able to find a size perfect for me. Big up Mr Molajo… legend!!! Lovely man. He and his team really looked after me, I couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon. Down to earth , witty, 100% takes pride in his work. If your looking to have breast augmentation around the Manchester area then he’s your man! I had a couple of consultations one was at Transform but didn’t feel very confident. After surgery I felt great , boobs look great and still have a long way to go yet so I’m super excited. I had been wanting breast surgery for a few years and had had a couple of consultations with different surgeons but it never felt right. I decided to have another consultation and straight away I felt at ease with Mr Molajo and knew within minutes that I wanted him to do the surgery. He was clear, concise and didn’t put me under any pressure whilst outlining his thoughts. He has such a calm relaxing manner that I wasn’t even nervous about the surgery. The results are better than I could have hoped for, I was up and about within days with barely any pain and the scars are so much smaller and neater than I imagined. I would definitely recommend Mr Molajo.

Mr Molajo worked wonders with my breasts. Having had 3 children, I was unhappy with my deflated breasts. I had seen two different surgeons prior to Mr Molajo, who were very unpleasant and spoke about my body as though I wasn’t there. I thought I would have one last consultation with another surgeon, and I am glad I did. Mr Molajo is down to earth and made me feel completely at ease and much better. Post surgery I was thrilled that I didn’t require a full anchor scar! My incisions are neat and are healing great. I am over the moon with my new breasts and would highly recommend!

I am now 8 weeks post op after my gynecomastia surgery with Mr Adeyinka Molajo...my results are looking amazing .
