Mr Adeyinka Molajo is a UK trained Consultant Plastic Surgeon. He is on the GMC specialist register for Plastic Surgery. He specialises in plastic surgery of the breast and the body.
He graduated from medical schools at the University of St Andrews and Manchester. He trained in Plastic surgery in several units in Manchester, Liverpool, Oxford and London. After passing the FRCS(Plast) examination and being awarded his certificate of completion of training (CCT) he undertook further post CCT fellowships in breast reconstruction and microsurgery. He also completed a cosmetic fellowship during his plastic surgery training.
Mr Molajo currently holds a substantive NHS appointment providing breast reconstruction to patients affected by breast cancer and congenital breast abnormalities. In addition to this he treats skin cancer (diagnosis, excision and reconstruction) as well as providing trauma care.
In the independent sector he specialises in cosmetic surgery of the breast and body and skin cancer management. Mr Molajo has a specialist interest in management of breast asymmetry and tubular breast abnormality. He uses novel techniques to treat such patients thereby improving both appearance and well-being.
Mr Molajo’s approach is tailored to each individual patient. He will only advise what he feels is the best course of treatment for the patient and never ‘sell an operation’.

After having found mr molajo last year I finally took the plunge last month and had my surgery! (Old implants removed, capsulectomy, new implants and a lift!) I have to say the care throughout and the final result is more than I could have ever wished for! He is not only a highly skilled and talented surgeon but one of the loveliest men you can meet, instantly making you feel at ease. I’m 6 weeks post op now and the whole experience has been fantastic - minimal pain, zero bruising and an amazing end result!

Mr Malajo was very approachable and explained the procedure in a straightforward way. No pressure was applied on me to proceed with the surgery. The surgery itself was a complete success (only minimal discomfort afterwards) and my recovery was complete in 5 weeks. My only regret is waiting until I was 71 before having the surgery.

Big up Mr Molajo… legend!!! Lovely man. He and his team really looked after me, I couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon. Down to earth , witty, 100% takes pride in his work. I had been wanting breast surgery for a few years and had had a couple of consultations with different surgeons but it never felt right. I decided to have another consultation and straight away I felt at ease with Mr Molajo and knew within minutes that I wanted him to do the surgery. He was clear, concise and didn’t put me under any pressure whilst outlining his thoughts. He has such a calm relaxing manner that I wasn’t even nervous about the surgery. The results are better than I could have hoped for, I was up and about within days with barely any pain and the scars are so much smaller and neater than I imagined. Mr Molajo worked wonders with my breasts. Having had 3 children, I was unhappy with my deflated breasts. I had seen two different surgeons prior to Mr Molajo, who were very unpleasant and spoke about my body as though I wasn’t there. I thought I would have one last consultation with another surgeon, and I am glad I did. Mr Molajo is down to earth and made me feel completely at ease and much better. Post surgery I was thrilled that I didn’t require a full anchor scar! My incisions are neat and are healing great. I am over the moon with my new breasts and would highly recommend!
